    Ordering Information

    On-line Schools Delivery

    We are now offering an on-line school uniform ordering service. If you would like your parcel left in a specific place on your property or with a neighbour, please leave clear instructions on your order form.

    We also offer an overnight delivery service
    Please note the following charges apply for this service:
    Bag £4.99 inc VAT (please note bags will only contain limited numbers of garments)

    Our standard delivery for small parcels is with Royal Mail.
    At peak periods throughout the summer Jual courier services may be used.

    Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our premises
    Opening times as follows
    Monday to Thursday:  9am – 4.45pm
    Friday:  9am – 3.45pm

    Delivery

    Goods delivered by courier will require a signature on receipt. If delivery has to be attempted more than once, a second delivery charge may be made. Furthermore, a second delivery charge may be incurred if the recipient requires the delivery to be redirected.

    There are occasions, where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases, delivery may be delayed. If this problem arises, Jual will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.

    For embroidered and printed items, please allow up to 14 working days.

    The period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order and stated in the Order Confirmation. Please note that your goods may be part-shipped.

    Title to any product ordered will pass to you once www.jual.co.uk has received payment in full for that product.

    If your delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom you maybe subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country; www.jual.co.uk advises each customer to contact their local customs office for further information.

    Please note that when shipping products internationally you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

    Product Guarantee

    In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by Jual, you should contact us within 7 working days. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 working days and you have proof of purchase. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments. We are also unable to refund carriage charges.

    Cancellation of Order

    You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost providing it is unused and in its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid. To return items to us, please contact us for a returns form. Jual cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered or printed with a logo or personalised in any other way.

    We cannot accept the return of any swimwear or underwear, whether worn or not.
    Refunds on an order will be issued as soon as possible. You should allow up to 14 working days before the refund appears on your card statement. Please allow extra time for certain busy periods during the year.

    You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations for refund. If you are unhappy with your purchase we accept only unopened returns for replacement or refund within 7 days.

    Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. On returning teapots the box should also be returned undamaged and as received. This must be wrapped in an extra outer layer. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. Royal Mail do charge for issuing a certificate. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items only on faulty items.

    Customers own Garments

    We currently are able to provide a branding only service onto customers own garments on the following terms only:

    – Garments that are given to JUAL for branding are done so at the customers own risk.
    – Every care is always taken, however JUAL will not take responsibility for printing/embroidery onto customers own garments.
    – We have a minimum order value of £10.00 +VAT for embroidery and £5.00 +VAT for printing.
    Lead times – Priority will always be given to customers who purchase our garments with branding. Lead times for customers own garments will be from 7-14 days from receipt of order. This can increase at busy times.
