Customers are welcome to collect their orders from our premises

Monday to Thursday: 9am – 5pm
Friday: 9am – 4pm
Our standard delivery for orders is processed via DPD. Please ensure your mobile telephone number and email address are entered correctly when placing your order so that you receive all tracking information. Using the DPD service, you will also be able to add any specific delivery instructions or requests.
If delivery needs to be attempted more than once, an additional delivery charge may apply. A further charge may also be incurred if the recipient requests that the delivery is redirected. If DPD is unable to deliver your parcel, a calling card will be left with details of how to collect your order from the local depot or collection point.
Occasionally, demand for certain products may exceed supply, which can result in slight delivery delays. Should this occur, Jual will contact you to provide an update on the progress of your order.
For bespoke embroidered or printed items, please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If you have any queries regarding your order, please contact the team at Jual.
Any delivery times stated are approximate. Goods will be delivered to the address provided at the time of ordering and confirmed in your order confirmation. Please note that orders may be part-shipped where necessary.
Ownership of any products ordered will pass to you once Jual has received full payment for those products.
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Any additional customs clearance charges must be borne by you. As customs policies vary between countries, Jual recommends contacting your local customs office for further information.
Please also note that international shipments may be subject to inspection by customs authorities.
Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with a product supplied by Jual, please contact us within 7 working days of receipt.
Items of clothing may be returned for an exchange or refund, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 working days together with proof of purchase.
Please note that this returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised, embroidered, printed, or custom-made garments. Carriage and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Returns
You have a right to cancel your order for unbranded items purchased through our website, however any garments in the ‘clubs and teams’ are non refundable as these are made to order, if you are unsure of a size please let us know and we can arrange samples where necessary.
If you are unhappy with other products from our website we accept only unopened returns for replacement or refund within 7 days.

Faulty returns must be sent back for inspection before a refund will be issued. If the product is found to have a defect you will be offered a refund or exchange (if available). Returned goods must be adequately sealed in original packaging. Failure to do so could result in only a partial refund being issued. Please ensure you ask for a certificate of posting as proof you have sent the package. If you return an item without proof of postage and it is lost in transit we reserve the right not to issue a refund. You are responsible for the item until we receive it therefore we suggest you return the parcel using Royal Mail Recorded (Signed For) Delivery or similar. We will not refund the postage paid by the customer on unwanted returned items only on faulty items.
Customers own Garments
We currently are able to provide a branding only service onto customers own garments on the following terms only:
Garments that are given to JUAL for branding are done so at the customers own risk.
Every care is always taken, however JUAL will not take responsibility for printing/embroidery onto customers own garments.
Lead times – Priority will always be given to customers who purchase our garments with branding. Lead times for customers own garments will be from 7-14 days from receipt of order. This can increase at busy times.
