Artwork & Design Setup

All of our embroidery and printing is carried out in-house by our experienced team, giving us complete control over quality, consistency, and turnaround times. With years of hands-on expertise, we know how to get the very best from every garment—whether it’s a simple logo or a more detailed design.
We use carefully selected techniques to suit your branding and the garments you’ve chosen. Embroidery offers a durable, textured finish that’s ideal for a smart, professional look, while printing provides a clean, sharp result that works perfectly for more intricate or bold designs.
Our process is designed to be smooth and reliable from start to finish:
- We review your artwork and recommend the most suitable decoration method
- Your design is prepared specifically for embroidery or print

- Production is completed in-house with strict quality checks throughout
Our standard lead time is 7–10 working days from approval of your order and artwork, ensuring every detail is completed to the highest standard without compromise. If you’re working to a tighter deadline, just let us know—we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests where possible.

Our products are either printed or embroidered and all are handmade with love in our factory in the heart of the Somerset countryside.
Each individual product is designed and branded in our factory by our graduate designer Olivia who has joined her family business bringing fresh designs to the personalised gift market; ensuring it is easy and quick to purchase products which are competitively priced.

Stock Management
We work with businesses and schools under contract to provide a fully managed stock management system.
The garments that have been selected and chosen for each company, school or college are stocked in sizes and numbers that enable swift delivery of orders that are either emailed or ordered online via our website.
Full reporting on sales history for ease of updating procurement staff.
Clubs & Teams
Ensuring your team looks their best we provide clothing and uniforms for sailing clubs and young farmers through to sea cadets and teams.

Samples
We offer every company the opportunity to view samples at our premises or alternatively have garments sent out to view quality/styles and sizes*. We also sample all embroidery and printing designs for each company/individual to check prior to machining their garments.
For larger companies and clients (minimum 50 members of staff), we will attend your business with full sizing sets for each garment style.
We organise delivery of samples and sizing sets as required enabling their staff on induction days to have the correct sized garments. Their bulk order is branded in house at JUAL, delivered swiftly with garments packed and clearly marked for ease of distribution for their warehouse staff. Deliveries are also made into Europe for new staff that arrive throughout the season with quick lead-times.
